How to transfer a .uk domain from 123-Reg to DomainsFoundry

Move a .uk, .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk, or .ltd.uk domain from 123-Reg to DomainsFoundry using an IPS Tag.

Prerequisites

  • Access to your 123-Reg account
  • The contact email on your domain must be up to date

Steps

  1. Log in to your 123-Reg account.
  2. Open your 123-Reg domain listing.
  3. Click the domain you want to transfer.
  4. Click Domain Lock and switch it to Off.
  5. Click Transfer to Another Registrar.
  6. Enter DOMAINSFOUNDRY as the IPS Tag.
  7. Click Complete Transfer.
  8. Open the DomainsFoundry domain checker and enter your .uk domain name.
  9. Click Add to Basket next to your domain.
  10. Click Continue to Basket.
  11. Click Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to place your domain transfer order.
  12. We’ll process your order and email you once your domain transfer has started.
