Need to delete an email account, remove multiple email addresses, or free up space on your hosting plan? This quick guide shows you the easiest ways to delete a single email account or delete multiple email accounts at once directly from the DomainsFoundry Dashboard.
Step 1: Go to your Email Accounts
- Log in to the DomainsFoundry Dashboard.
- Click My Services.
- Select your hosting plan.
- Click Email Accounts.
Delete One Email Account
There are 3 easy ways to delete a single email account:
Way 1 – Using the checkbox
1. Tick the box next to the email address you want to delete.
2. Click the red Delete button.
3. Confirm you want to delete it.
Way 2 – Using the extra info panel
1. Click the arrow ▶ next to the email account to expand it.
2. Click the red Delete button.
3. Confirm you want to delete it.
Way 3 – From the Manage page
1. Click Manage next to the email account.
2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page.
3. Click Delete Email Account.
4. Confirm you want to delete it.
Delete Multiple Email Accounts
- Tick the box next to each email account you want to delete.
- Click the red Delete button at the top of the list.
- Confirm you want to delete them.
Important Information
- Deleting an email account permanently removes the mailbox and all emails inside it.
- Once deleted, that email slot becomes available for a new email account.
- Deleting email accounts does not cancel your hosting plan.
If you delete an account by mistake:
- If your plan includes Backup & Restore, you may be able to restore it from a backup (usually available on web hosting plans).
- For email-only plans, contact our support team. We may be able to restore it for a one-time fee.
