Symptom
You receive non-delivery reports (NDR) when you send e-mail. For example, you may receive an error message that resembles the following error message:
The following address has permanent fatal errors
Cause
This issue occurs because your domain registration, transfer and/or name server changes have not propagated to the recipient’s ISP.
Resolution
Allow at least 24 hours for your domain records to be updated at the recipients ISP.
