Follow the steps below to set up IMAP email access to your DomainsFoundry email account on your Android device.

The Mail app can differ depending on your Android device, manufacturer and software version. These steps are a general guide so may not exactly match your device.

Setup your email on Android

  1. Open your Email app on your Android device
  2. Tap the Menu icon and tap Settings
  3. Tap Add account
  4. Tap Other
  5. Enter your Email address and Password, tap Next
  6. Tap IMAP for account type
  7. Enter your DomainsFoundry email IMAP settings:
    • Username: Your DomainsFoundry email address. For example, info@example.com
    • Password: Your email account password
    • IMAP server: Enter mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain name
    • Security type: SSL (Accept All Certificates)
    • Port: 993
    • IMAP Path Prefix: INBOX
  8. Enter your DomainsFoundry email Outgoing settings:
    • SMTP server: Enter mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain name
    • Security type: SSL (Accept All Certificates)
    • Port: 587
  9. Check Require sign-in and enter:
    • SMTP server: Enter mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your domain name
    • Port: 465
    • Security type: SSL (Accept All Certificates)
    • Require Sign-in: Checked
    • Username: Your DomainsFoundry email address. For example, info@example.com
    • Password: Your email account password
  10. Tap Next.
  11. Tap Next again. Name your account and enter the from name you wish to use on emails you send.
  12. Tap Done
