If you’re getting a 419 “Page Expired” error when trying to log into your DomainsFoundry Dashboard, don’t panic, it’s usually just a temporary glitch that’s pretty easy to fix.

What’s Going On?

This 419 error basically means your browser and our DomainsFoundry Dashboard aren’t playing nicely together. It usually happens because of:

  • Old session cookies hanging around
  • Your browser cache getting confused
  • Logging in multiple times without properly logging out first

Quick Fixes to Try

Here’s what usually sorts it out:

  1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    • This gets rid of any old data that’s causing problems
    • Once you’ve cleared everything, close your browser completely and try logging in again
  2. Always log out properly
    • Use the actual “Log Out” button instead of just closing the tab
    • This makes sure your session ends cleanly
  3. Try a different browser or device
    • If it’s still not working, test it on another browser to see if it’s a local issue
  4. Search for DomainsFoundry on Google
    • Some people find that going to the Dashboard by Googling “DomainsFoundry” and clicking through from there bypasses the error

If That Doesn’t Work

Still stuck? Try these:

  1. Turn off browser extensions temporarily
    • Ad blockers and privacy extensions can sometimes mess with logins
    • Disable them for a moment and try again
  2. Use an incognito/private window
    • This bypasses all your stored cookies and cache
    • If it works here, you know it’s definitely a cache issue
  3. Update your browser
    • Older browsers can have issues with modern login systems
    • Make sure you’re running the latest Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge
  4. Clear your DNS cache
    • Sometimes your computer gets confused about where to find our servers
    • On Windows: Open Command Prompt and type ipconfig /flushdns
    • On Mac: Open Terminal and type sudo dscacheutil -flushcache; sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder
  5. Check your computer’s clock
    • If your system time is wrong, it can mess up login sessions
    • Make sure your date and time are correct
  6. Clear saved passwords
    • If your browser is auto-filling old login details, clear them out and type everything fresh
