PHPList is a robust open-source email marketing tool that allows you to manage and distribute newsletters efficiently. Follow this guide to install PHPList using DomainsFoundry App Installer powered by Softaculous on your DomainsFoundry Hosting.
Steps to Install PHPList
- Log in to cPanel
- Click Softaculous App Installer
- Search for PHPList
- In the Softaculous search bar, type “PHPList”.
- Click on the PHPList icon from the search results.
- Click the Install button.
- Choose Domain: Select the domain where you want to install PHPList from the dropdown menu.
- In Directory: If you want to install PHPList in a specific directory (e.g., newsletter), enter the directory name. Leave this field blank to install in the root directory.
- Admin Username and Password: Create a username and a strong password for the PHPList admin account.
- Admin Email: Enter a valid email address for the admin account.
- Once you’ve configured the settings, click the Install button at the bottom of the page.
When the install completes you will see a success message along with the URL to access your PHPList installation and the admin panel. Make sure to note down the admin URL, username, and password.
