In this article we detail how to copy your email signatures (both HTML or Plain Text) from legacy DomainsFoundry Webmail to new DomainsFoundry Webmail.

Steps to copy HTML Signatures (fonts, images, etc)
Step 1. Copy your HTML signature from the old Webmail
- Log in to legacy DomainsFoundry webmail
- Click Personal Settings
- Click Identities
- Click your email address.
- Click HTML in the Signature field.
- Select all the text so it’s highlighted, right-click with your mouse and click Copy
Step 2. Import HTML signature into new Webmail
- Log in to new DomainsFoundry webmail
- Click Settings.
- Click Identities.
- Click your email address.
- Click Signature.
- Click HTML in the Signature field.
- Click Source code.
- Click the text field, right-click with your mouse and click Paste
- Click Save
Steps to copy Plain Text Signatures
Step 1. Copy your Plain Text signature from the old Webmail
- Log in to legacy DomainsFoundry webmail
- Click Personal Settings
- Click Identities
- Click your email address.
- Click Signature.
- Select all the text in the Signature field so it’s highlighted, right-click with your mouse and click Copy
Step 2. Import HTML signature into new Webmail
- Log in to new DomainsFoundry webmail
- Click Settings.
- Click Identities.
- Click your email address.
- Click the Signature text field, right-click with your mouse and click Paste
- Click Save
