Once a domain name has been successfully renewed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
When DomainsFoundry processes a domain renewal on your behalf, the renewal is immediately applied at the Registry level and cannot be reversed. We incur non-refundable renewal fees that we cannot recover from the Registry, and as the domain remains under your ownership, we cannot resell it to recover these costs. Therefore, refunds are not possible for domain renewals.
If we are successful in renewing your domain, you will receive a renewal confirmation, as well as a payment confirmation. Copies of these emails are also available in your DomainsFoundry Dashboard > Account > Email Notifications.
We understand that clients only wish to renew the domains they want to keep. That’s why we make it simple to manage auto-renew settings and send multiple reminders before a domain is due for renewal.
To manage your domains effectively:
- Turn off auto-renewal for domains you no longer need.
- Periodically review your domain portfolio.
- Check that the contact details we have for you are accurate to ensure you receive renewal reminders.
