Can domains use an ampersand (&)?

Are we able use ampersands (&) in domain names?

No. It’s not possible to register a domain name which uses ampersands (&).

For example, it’s not possible to register bed&breakfast.com.

You can use letters, numbers and hyphens in your domain name.

So swapping the ‘&’ symbol with an ‘and’ will work. So you could register, for example, bedandbreakfast.com.
