Accepting an Invitation

If you have received an invitation to access DomainsFoundry, follow these steps to log in, or create a new account.

Accepting the Invitation

When invited to a DomainsFoundry account, you can either log in with an existing account, or register a new one.

Option 1: Log In with an Existing Account

1. Go to the Invitation Page: Click the link in your invitation email.
2. Enter Your Email Address: Use the email address associated with your DomainsFoundry account.
3. Enter Your Password: Type in your password.
4. Click “Log in”: You will be granted access to the invited account.
5. Forgot Password?: Click “Forgot password?” if you need to reset your login credentials.

Option 2: Register a New Account

1. Go to the Invitation Page: Click the link in your invitation email.
2. Fill in Your Details:
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address (Pre-filled with the invited email address)
   • New Password
3. Generate a Strong Password (Optional): Click the “Generate a strong password” button if needed.
4. Click “Register”: Your new account will be created, and you’ll be granted access.
5. Agree to Terms: By registering, you confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

• Incorrect Credentials: If you see the message “These credentials do not match our records,” ensure you are using the correct email address and password.
• Use Your DomainsFoundry Dashboard Email: You must log in with the same email address used for your DomainsFoundry Dashboard. Do not use the email associated with webmail, WordPress, cPanel, or any other DomainsFoundry service hosted with us.
• Expired Invitation Link: If the link has expired, you will need to request a new invitation from the person who invited you.
• If the email address is incorrect, contact the person who invited you for an updated invitation.
• If you encounter login issues, reset your password using the “Forgot password?” link.
• Ensure your browser allows cookies for seamless authentication.
