To get a full refund for your DomainsFoundry web hosting package, notify us via secure support ticket through your DomainsFoundry Dashboard within 30 days of purchase. This guarantee applies **only** to web hosting plans purchased on a **monthly billing cycle**. Web hosting plans on quarterly, yearly, or longer terms are excluded from this guarantee.

When you submit your cancellation request, you can also request a refund under our guarantee, if eligible.

30-Day Guarantee rules

1. The DomainsFoundry 30-Day Guarantee applies only to Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting (also known as shared-hosting) plans purchased on a monthly billing cycle.
2. Web Hosting or WordPress Hosting plans purchased from DomainsFoundry on a monthly billing cycle may be refunded only if canceled within 30 Days of the purchase date.
3. Applies only to plans on a monthly billing cycle.
4. The 30-Day Guarantee does not cover domain names, cloud servers, setup fees, upgrades, promotional offers, SSL certificates, custom software installations, web design, SEO, or administrative fees.
5. Accounts violating our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Usage Policy are excluded from the guarantee.
6. Customers using our Free Website Migration service are excluded.
7. Your account must not exceed 1GB of bandwidth usage to be eligible.
8. Accounts suspended or terminated due to abuse of services are not eligible for a refund.
9. Customers who upgrade from an existing package are not eligible for the 30-Day Guarantee.
10. Refunds will cover the full value of your paid web hosting service, minus any additional or setup fees.
11. If your web hosting plan included a free domain name, the domain name’s list price will be deducted from the refund.
12. The 30-Day Guarantee starts on the purchase date.
13. Customers can only use the DomainsFoundry 30-Day Guarantee once, for their first account only.
14. Refunds are issued to the original payment card only.
15. Please allow up to 10 business days for your card provider to process the refund.
