Troubleshooting sign-in errors
To help protect your account, DomainsFoundry will stop you signing in from some browsers. DomainsFoundry might stop sign-ins from browsers that:
- Do not support JavaScript or have JavaScript turned off.
- Do not support cookies or have cookies turned off.
- Have unsecure or unsupported extensions added.
- Are being made through automated software.
- Are embedded in a different application or web page.
Update your browser
In order to ensure the best possible DomainsFoundry experience, including all the latest security and feature updates, please make sure your browser and operating system are up-to-date.
Check your privacy settings
If you’ve set your browser’s privacy settings to “High”, “Strict”, or “Custom” you may need to add https://dashboard.DomainsFoundry.com to your browser’s list of allowed sites.

Check for security programs
If you use a firewall, proxy, or anti-virus program, temporarily turn off the application and try to sign in to your DomainsFoundry Account.
If this resolves the problem, your security app might have stopped you from using your DomainsFoundry Account. To use their app with DomainsFoundry contact the app developer via their website.
If you use a work or public computer
Ask your administrator about your computer’s security and network settings.
