In this article we’ll explain how you can set up your DomainsFoundry email account in the Outlook iOS app on iPhone and iPad.
Steps to configure IMAP email in Outlook iOS
- Open the Outlook app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Enter your full DomainsFoundry email address, for example, info@example.com then tap Add Account
- Tap Not Exchange.
- Tap Change Account Provider.
- Tap IMAP.
- Enter the following details:
- Email Address: Your full DomainsFoundry email address, for example, info@example.com
- Display Name: The ‘From’ name for your emails
- Description: A short description for your account
- Under IMAP Incoming Email Server enter the following:
- IMAP Hostname: mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your DomainsFoundry domain.
- IMAP Port: 993
- IMAP Username: Your full DomainsFoundry email address, for example, info@example.com
- IMAP Password: Your mailbox password.
- Under SMTP Outgoing Email Server enter the following:
- SMTP Hostname: mail.example.com, replacing example.com with your DomainsFoundry domain.
- SMTP Port: 465
- SMTP Username: Your full DomainsFoundry email address, for example, info@example.com
- SMTP Password: Your mailbox password.
- Tap Sign in
- If all the settings are correct your DomainsFoundry email account will be added to Outlook iOS and you can start sending and receiving email.
You can now send and receive email from Outlook for iOS.
