DomainsFoundry Hosting work closely with Banks to ensure that all transactions undergo the maximum level of checking prior to authorisation. We will always inform our customers of any card discrepancies, regarding orders, shipments, countries and card verification issues.
None of our customers have reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with DomainsFoundry Hosting.
Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet.
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most Banks and Card Issuers cover all the charges or may limit your liability.
If your Bank or Card Issuer holds you liable, DomainsFoundry Hosting will not be able to cover your liability for the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at DomainsFoundry Hosting while using the secure server.
Please note, this statement only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using DomainsFoundry Hosting’s secure server. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your Card Provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
