In this article we’ll show you how to send a Support Ticket to DomainsFoundry.

  1. Log in to your DomainsFoundry Dashboard.
  2. From the menu bar, click Support > Open Ticket
  3. Click Open Ticket next to the department most appropriate to the nature of your enquiry.
  4. Next, select the service your enquiry is related to from the Regarding list.
  5. Enter a short summary in Subject. For example, Can I Install WordPress
  6. Enter your message.
  7. Add attachments such as screenshots, error logs, etc by clicking Add attachment > Choose file
  8. Click Send Message
