This article describes how-to empty and delete all emails in your Junk folder in Web Mail.

Before you start checklist

Have the following details ready before you start:

Your DomainsFoundry email address
Your DomainsFoundry email password

Delete all Junk Email in Web Mail

  1. Login to Web Mail using your DomainsFoundry email address and password
  2. Select your Junk folder
  3. Click the Folder Actions button. This can be found in the bottom left of Web Mail

    Select your DomainsFoundry Webmail Junk Folder. Click the Folder Actions button.
  4. Click Empty

    Click Empty to delete all your emails in your Junk folder in DomainsFoundry Webmail
  5. Confirm you wish to delete all emails in your Junk Folder

Please note all emails will be permanently deleted from your Junk folder and cannot be recovered.
