How can I access cPanel Webmail?

You can access cPanel Webmail through a number of links:

You can also access Webmail through the cPanel control panel, click Email Accounts > Check Email

What Webmail does cPanel include?

cPanel uses Roundcube for it’s webmail interface.

How can I set up cPanel Webmail to go directly to Roundcube when I log in?

  1. Log in to cPanel Webmail using the links above.
  2. Click Set as Default under either Roundcube.

The next time you log in to Webmail you’ll be automatically directed to Roundcube.

How to set up a email signature in cPanel Webmail

You can create an email signature in cPanel Webmail using the steps below.

Steps to set up an email signature in Roundcube Webmail

  1. Log in to cPanel Webmail using the links above.
  2. Click Roundcube
  3. Click Settings at the top right
  4. Click Identities on the left menu
  5. Select your email address from the Identities list
  6. Where it says Signature, checkmark the HTML Signature box
  7. Enter your email signature. You add images, links and HTML code.
  8. Click Save to save your email signature

How to importcontacts via cPanel Webmail

Steps to import contacts into Roundcube Webmail

  1. Log in to cPanel Webmail using the links above.
  2. Click Roundcube
  3. Click Address Book
  4. Click Import
  5. Choose the file from your computer to import. Choose the group to import the contacts too and whether you wish to replace the entire address book.
  6. Click Import
