Have the following ready before you start:

Your Domains Foundry plan
Your cPanel login details

Steps to backup your MySQL database

Login to your Domains Foundry cPanel
Click Backups
cPanel Backups
Under Download a MySQL Database Backup, click the name of the MySQL database
Click the MySQL database to download a backup
The MySQL backup file will start downloading to your PC or Mac
Download the MySQL backup to your PC or Mac
